We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any orders, under any circumstances, including size discrepancies or changes of mind. This policy ensures that all customers receive brand-new, unworn, and hygienically packaged medical scrubs.

Exchanges Only

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

Request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
Exchanges are subject to stock availability
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the exchange
